What is ceremony?
Ceremony is designed to reach beyond the known into the unknown. Within the parameters of ceremony you have an opportunity to experience and see the possibilities initiated by our intent. Ceremony provides us an opportunity to see the places where energy is given away and where energy flows abundantly. When we set an intention and work in ceremony, our consciousness expands deeply into the fabric of our being where energy transmutes to become the reality we walk in. Integrating shifts in consciousness are fortified by the practices we integrate into our daily lives.
In the retreat space we explore these nuances together, as well as co-creating a space that makes way for play and joy.

Why Ceremony?
In ceremony we surrender all that holds us in place and come into the eternal self. As we surrender, we clear what no longer serves us. In circle we clear for ourselves and for the collective. In this way we transmute energies beyond the circle of self, setting a clear path for us to make and maintain the path we wish to walk on. In ceremony we receive life force for ourselves and for the collective. This life force buoys our being so that we can maintain the ‘who we are’ with greater ease. As we grow into our evolving selves we continuously augment the concept of who we are and match it with the appropriate amount of life force. In community, life force is brought in through abundance as each person opens into their eternal selves to bring life force through. This opening connects us directly to Source to bring in what we need for ourselves and for what the earth needs at this moment.
About your teachers - abundare co-founders
Triz Remedios and Amber Ward
Triz Remedios, aptly known as "The Healer of Healers", is a master of the human subtle energy field. Her training with a number of shamans and spiritual healers have brought her work into the exploration of human consciousness as multidimensional patterns of energetic frequencies. These frequencies and patterns made audible through sound tools, bringing each being into a state of balanced alignment to embrace the silent mind and a state of peace.
Triz is an accomplished teacher and wise mentor who will guide you through your inner guidance system so you can shift your experiences with clarity and discernment.
Amber Ward is an eternal student of energy and quantum consciousness. Her experience as a transformation and wellness mentor, entrepreneur and designer has culminated in creating bridges between worlds. Amber traverses multidimensional realms, while walking this earth teaching grounded insights on interconnectedness and how it impacts health and wellbeing. She will guide you to see how energy is unlimited.
Amber is a powerful healer who brings light to the shadow places held with ease and grace, allowing space for your brilliance to shine. If you are ready to step fully into your own brilliance, Amber will walk with you.
Ceremony Through Sound
Sound has a unique ability to circumvent the critical mind. Surrendering into sound opens up opportunities for experiences beyond the concepts of the mind. Sound alters our molecules supporting the alignment of our soul journey. The sound of a drum can change our physiology, bring us to a euphoric state as we surrender into the wave through the stream of consciousness and beyond. Through sound we can traverse the multitude of realms and dimensions to come into a more expansive experience of self. Sustained sound ceremony gives us time to complete the necessary shifts and anchor into the being our embodied, actualized self. The journey is a personal one and a collective one simultaneously. As we share our experiences with each other in circle we bring language to the place where no language exists. This gives us the ability to exist at a higher frequency and to function in this higher vibration. Whole brain language comes from a place of observation and is neither critical nor judgmental, each person’s awareness translates uniquely. In ceremony we soften our protective layer to open our hearts in order to make our shifts.
